Generally, Vaczon accepts returns for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Products being returned must be new and in their original sealed packaging. Other restrictions apply. Vaczon proudly stands behind all products we sell. When you meet a defect in materials or workmanship when purchase within one year, we will repair or replace your product. Certain exclusions do apply, so please see our warranty policy for more details.
