1. Return Window & Eligibility 

  • 30-Day Policy: Products without quality-related issues can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition Requirement: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all original labels attached. Any used or installed product is strictly ineligible for return.

2. Strict Return Conditions for Ceiling Fan Lights 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of ceiling fan lights if they meet any of the following conditions:

  • Installed or used after installation.

  • Physically damaged or tampered with.

  • Electrically modified in any way.

  • Not returned in the original packaging or missing parts/altered.

3. Shipping Fees & Return Labels 

Depending on the reason for your return, shipping fees are allocated as follows:

4. Warranty & Defective Items 

  • 30-Day Warranty: We guarantee all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Unless otherwise listed, the standard warranty period is 30 days.
  • Valid Claims: If a defect arises during the warranty period and a valid claim is submitted to our customer service, we will provide you with replacement parts, repair services, or a brand-new replacement product. Vaczon will be fully responsible for all shipping costs related to valid warranty claims.

5. Exchange Policy 

  • The item being sent back must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • We will process and ship the new replacement item requested only after we have successfully received and inspected your returned package.

6. Refund Process & Timeframe 

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after our warehouse receives and inspects your returned package.

  • Refund Method: The refund will be accurately and promptly issued back to your original payment account used at checkout.
