Limited Lifetime Warranty
Thank you for choosing Vaczon.
Vaczon provides this limited warranty to the original purchaser of Vaczon ceiling fans and light fixtures purchased for the original installation location. This warranty covers products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms and conditions below.
How to Request Warranty Service
To request warranty service, proof of purchase is required.
The original purchaser must provide a sales receipt, order confirmation, or other valid proof of purchase. Gift receipts may be accepted at Vaczon’s discretion.

What Does This Warranty Cover?
Ceiling Fan Motor
Limited Lifetime Warranty
If the ceiling fan motor fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the original purchaser’s ownership, Vaczon will provide a replacement fan or replacement motor component at no charge, as determined by Vaczon.
This limited lifetime warranty applies only to the motor itself and does not cover electronic components connected to the motor, including remote transmitters, receivers, capacitors, or other electrical controls.
Other Fan Components
One-Year Limited Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, if any component of your Vaczon ceiling fan or light fixture fails due to defects in materials or workmanship within one (1) year from the original purchase date, Vaczon will provide a replacement part at no charge.
Light Kit Warranty
One-Year Limited Warranty
Light kits and LED components are covered by a one-year limited warranty.
If the LED light kit module or LED bulb (excluding glass components) fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within one (1) year from the purchase date, Vaczon will provide a replacement component at no charge.
If a replacement product or part is unavailable within 60 days, Vaczon may provide a comparable or upgraded replacement product or part at its discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:

Installation, removal, or replacement labor costs, including electrician fees

Remote control batteries

Products purchased or installed outside the United States

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Products without valid proof of purchase

Products owned by anyone other than the original purchaser

Normal wear and tear

Minor cosmetic imperfections

Refurbished products

Damage caused by:

Improper installation

Misuse, abuse, or accidents

Failure to follow installation or maintenance instructions

Unauthorized modifications

Improper maintenance

Incorrect voltage supply or power surges

Use of incompatible parts or accessories

Natural disasters or circumstances beyond control (such as flooding)

Warranty Limitations
This warranty provides the original purchaser’s exclusive remedy for product defects covered under this warranty.
Vaczon is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product failure, including damages related to warranty claims, contracts, or other circumstances.
Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the applicable warranty period stated above.
