Can this fan be installed on a sloped ceiling?
This model supports sloped ceilings up to 15° when installed with the specified mounting hardware. A compatible slope adapter may be required for steeper ceilings.
What downrods are included, and can I use a longer downrod?
The package includes a 6" downrod. Compatible extension downrods may be available for higher ceilings; Downrod diameter is 1" without threads.
Can I use a wall dimmer or wall-mounted speed control?
No. A standard wall switch may control the main power. Fan speed and direction should be controlled with the supplied remote or approved control.
How much clearance does this fan require?
The official manual requires a minimum clearance of 7–10 feet between the fan blades and the floor. It also recommends maintaining a distance of at least 30 inches between the blade tips and the ceiling, as well as between the blade tips and any vertical walls.
Can I use a second remote with the fan?
No. Only one remote control can be paired with the fan at a time; pairing a second remote will cause the first one to stop working.
