Questions & Answers
We have suggested questions and answers for you that may be of interest to you.
Is this 72-inch ceiling fan right for my space?
This 72-inch fan is designed for great rooms and large spaces over 350 sq. ft., including open-plan living rooms, large bedrooms, lofts, and expansive dining areas. It delivers up to 5,985 CFM of airflow. Before ordering, check that your room has adequate space around the full 72-inch blade span and that the installation point is not obstructed by beams, walls, doors, or tall furniture.
Can I choose the blade finish?
Yes. This fan features eight reversible plywood blades, giving you two finish options in one set. Depending on the selected fan version, you can choose between finishes such as Matte Black and Maple Grain, Matte White and Oak Grain, or Oak Grain and Light Wood Grain during installation. This allows the fan to better match modern, natural, or transitional interiors.
Which downrods are included, and can it be installed on a sloped ceiling?
The package includes two downrods: 6 inches and 10 inches. Use the 6-inch downrod for standard-height ceilings or the 10-inch downrod when more clearance below the ceiling is preferred. The fan supports sloped ceilings up to 15°. For safe operation, ensure the blades are at least 7 ft. above the floor after installation.
How does the LED light work?
The fan includes an integrated 24W dimmable LED light that delivers up to 2,000 lumens. No separate bulbs are needed. Use the remote or app to adjust brightness smoothly and select among three color temperatures: - 3000K: warm, cozy light - 4000K: balanced everyday light - 6500K: crisp, bright white light
Can I control the fan with my phone and the remote?
Yes. This smart ceiling fan works with the included remote and the eWeLink app. You can adjust the six fan speeds, operate the light, set timers, and use the memory function. The remote uses one CR2032 battery. Follow the included manual for eWeLink setup and device pairing.
Is this fan quiet, reversible, and suitable for outdoor use?
The energy-efficient DC motor operates at approximately 38 dB, making it suitable for bedrooms and everyday living spaces. It also has a reversible motor for year-round comfort: use the standard direction for a cooling breeze in warmer months, then reverse it in cooler months to circulate warm air near the ceiling. This fan is rated for dry indoor locations only. Do not install it in bathrooms, on uncovered patios, or in locations exposed to rain, steam, or high humidity.
