1. We offer custom downrods for our products with a diameter of 1 inch.
2. For other custom model requests, please contact us via email before placing your order. Typically, custom 48" downrods take about one month to process, while 18", 24", and 36" downrods take approximately 20 days.
3. If you order both a fan and a downrod, we'll ship the fan first. As the downrod is custom-made, it will take about a month to complete, and we'll send it to you as soon as it arrives.
4. Please note that custom downrods do not include the upper drop ball; they are sold as downrods only.
